New Practice Members at Network Wellness Center
Welcome to our practice, we’re here to help you! Your initial visit with Dr. Bruce will last approximately an hour and a half. The first step is to complete your paperwork before starting the consultation.
Dr. Bruce reviews your life and medical history, before performing a thorough spinal examination, including a Surface EMG study of the spinal musculature. He advises you of what he found, and asks what health goals you hope to achieve. He also gives you a sense of what our unique approach does for you, before receiving the first Network Adjustment, also called an entrainment.

For a few moments during your Network adjustment, suspend your thoughts and bring your attention to your body and breath. Feel what the body wants, and simply pay attention. You’ll notice almost immediately that you start to breathe more deeply. We’ll also ask you to pay attention to the movements of your body.You’ll be amazed at how much tension may dissipate.
At the report of findings visit, Dr. Bruce will ask about the initial experience, advise on the care program he thinks would best work for you, and will explain what the goals for your unique care plan are. He outlines what he plans to do, how long it will take, and total cost, and then you decide if our method is right for you.
Your health care is always your choice; the decision to continue is yours. The second entrainment is given at this time.
The frequency of your visits varies according to your desired wellness goals. Some members want to follow the specific NetworkSpinal Levels of Care, while others want to create their own schedule. We will work with you to achieve the results you want, but your expectations must be consistent with your efforts.
Financial Responsibility
On the initial booking call, Dr. Bruce explains the initial evaluation cost is $275, which includes the first visit with the Surface EMG testing and entrainment, and the second report of findings visit.
Payment options are available, and HSA plans are also accepted.
